Two Ways To Stretch Back Muscle

There are two activities can relieve back muscle pain

Lumbar Trunk Rotation

Lie on your back on the mat with both of your knees bent at 90 degrees, rotate your knees slows to one side as far as you can while keeping the shoulders not moved. Hold this position up to 30 seconds and repeat doing on the opposite side. This activity can practice 2 to 3 times each side.

Single Knee to Chest

Lie your back on the floor with your knees bent and your feet flat on the mat. Move one knee to your chest while keeping the other foot flat on the floor and your lower back pressed to the floor. Hold for 30 seconds before repeating on the opposite side. Keeping doing this 2-3 times per side.
